Aswadi Yusof has 17 years of geospatial experience specialising in geospatial-based content development, geo-analytics for business planning, location-based data management and high-quality map products. He also has hands-on experience in advanced technologies such as Remote Sensing Satellite Ground Receiving Station and Airborne Laser Scanning Survey (Lidar) operations.
With a degree in Bachelor of Science (Remote Sensing) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Aswadi is currently pursuing a professional certification for Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP).
He is also a MyGRANTS registered industry partner for several BIM related research with Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia.
Aswadi currently manages the Digital Engineering team in MRT Corp by implementing Building Information Modelling (BIM), Geographic Information System (GIS), Lidar Mapping and 3D Reality Modelling for the MRT Sungai Buloh- Serdang-Putrajaya (SSP) Line Project and future MRT Circle Line Project.
