Chris is a highly skilled emergency communications professional who is focused on creating single-point-of-truth solutions for emergency services responders.
As Esri Director of Public Safety Industry Solutions, Chris works to apply advancements in geospatial technology and information sharing systems to the public safety sector.
He joined Esri in February 2014 following a successful career working in senior positions as a public safety communications systems specialist. During this time, Chris developed and fielded the Virginia Interoperability Picture for Emergency Response (VIPER), which serves as a web-based common operating picture for the state’s emergency commanders.
Chris holds a Bachelor of History from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness from Virginia Commonwealth University.
