As the head of the Road Maintenance Branch since May 2015, Yeong Shing Lau is responsible for the management and maintenance of all Jabatan Kerja Rayah (JKR) roads in Sabah. With a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons.) his experience includes six years as Assistant Director of the Road Maintenance Branch.
He has previously been involved in pilot studies on the application of GIS in road management and maintenance (2012-14), and is currently working on the application of GIS in road management and maintenance.
