Sulaiman Bin Budin currently hold position as Senior Town and Country Planning Officer at Department of Land and Survey and holding post as Head of 3D Unit where his responsible is to prepare and provide relevant 3D data and analysis used by the State Planning Authority. He also play role as Project Leader for 3D City Modelling at Land and Survey Department where his responsibility to lead the team in 3D City Profile Project to develop digital 3D City Model for all major town in Sarawak. He leads the team on a special task to develop 3D City Modelling project. As at today, they just finished with 150 Sq.km 3D model of Kuching City and 100 Sq.km of Miri City. For 2018, their project is to develop 3D City Model for Bintulu Town (80 Sq.km) and Sibu Town (60 Sq.km).
He is an expert user of CityEngine Software for Department of Land and Survey. He holds a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning (Hons) and Graduate Member of Malaysia Institute of Planner (MIP)
