She works closely with ArcGIS users to provide regular training, user groups, and meetups, to keep them up to date with GIS trends and product changes - enabling them to make the most of their GIS investment.

Ramlan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Entrepreneurship from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman.
