Col. Gs. Norazlin binti Pamuji is the Deputy Director of the Defence Geospatial Division at Malaysia's Department of Survey and Mapping (JUPEM). She manages all GEOINT activities during crises and responses to natural disasters, such as leading Malaysia's COVID-19 Movement Control Order. In addition to her crisis management responsibilities, she is involved in geospatial strategic planning activities at the national level.
She provides technical advice to the Malaysian Armed Forces and participates in outreach programs to bring awareness to the Defence Geospatial Information Management (DGIM) platform. Col. Gs Norazlin holds a master's degree in Geographical Information Science from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM).
