Leading the Ministry of Health’s (MOH) Malaysian Health Data Warehouse (MyHDW), Dr Kharie has managed multiple digital health projects nationally including the Facility Registry and User Registration.
He has advised on multiple GIS projects at MOH including the COVID-19 and CPRC Disaster Preparedness dashboards and the GEOFELFK smart survey for the Filariasis Elimination Programme.
Dr Kharie holds a Master’s and a PhD in Public Health (MPH and DrPH) from the University Putra of Malaysia (UPM) and is a research member for several MOH studies, including the Supply and Demand Study and the Malaysia Excess Mortality Study.
