  • Customer Success Manager

    About the role

    • Proven ability to develop and secure relationships at all levels within a large client organisation
    • Experience in relationship building that supports adoption, drives value and leads to increased revenue opportunities within new and existing clients
    • Strong sales cycle knowledge and experience, particularly technology software and solution sales
    • Proven ability to translate wider industry trends and understanding of specific industry domains

    About the role

    As an expert on industry market trends, potential and landscape, the Industry Consultant works closely with the sales development teams, leading product/packaging development and delivering solution frameworks and pre-sales customer engagement.

    This role focuses on delivering high-quality, scalable applications to support clients’ daily operations by leveraging a strong understanding of industry workflows (i.e., production cycle, supply chain, roles, and responsibilities), key industry stakeholders and the competition landscape.
