The Forrester Wave - a 27-criterion evaluation of location intelligence platforms providers - acknowledges Esri's leadership in location technology and highlights the company's long-term commitment to innovation in its market-leading geospatial cloud.
Esri ranked highest in the “Strategy” and “Market Presence” categories and received the highest score among all evaluated vendors in the spatial visualisation and analytics criterion according to the report which was authored by James McCormick, Emily Miller, Gene Leganza, and Robert Perdoni.
The Forrester report summarises Esri’s vision for location intelligence in helping organisations understand why things happen, where and when they happen, with the goal of gaining business advantage through better understanding.
