Datuk Haji Safar Bin Untong is Director of the Sabah Lands and Surveys Department and Chairman of the Sabah Surveyors’ Board.
He is also a registered land surveyor under the West Malaysia Land Surveyors’ Board and a fellow of the Royal Institute of Surveyors, Malaysia.
Datuk Haji Safar Bin Untong holds a Bachelor of Land Surveying (Honours) from UTM, an MBA from UMS, and a Master of Science in Land Development and Administration from UTM.
