En Azrullail Bin Masijan is a management expert who has wide range of experience in leading local governments. He is currently the Head of the Licensing Department and Head of Corporate and Public Relations of the Iskandar Puteri City Council. He started his civil service career as an Assistant Administrative Officer in 1997, and then took the challenge to lead the Enforcement Unit 10 years later.
His deep insights onto the business of local government have made him a multidisciplinary manager who is able to identify key issues in cross departmental coordination. He is also a keen strategist who advises local governments on how they can increase organisational productivity through better collaboration and sharing of resources.
