Brig Gen Sr Dr Mohd Zambri bin Mohamad Rabab is the Director of the Defence Geospatial Division at Malaysia's Department of Survey and Mapping (JUPEM). He oversees geospatial support for the national security agencies and armed forces.
With a background in Land Surveying at University of Technology Malaysia, a Master's in Defence Geographic Information at Cranfield University, and a doctorate in Applied Remote Sensing at University of Putra Malaysia, he bridges geospatial technology with defense systems. His advisory role has resulted in the integration of geospatial capabilities into command, control and weapon systems, as well as the establishment of a drone section for field imagery. He completed the National Resilience Course (NRC) at PUSPAHANAS in 2020.
