Gs. TPr Nurazhani Bujang

With 18 years of experience in town planning, Gs. Tpr. Nurazhani Bujang is the Chief Assistant Director of GIS for Malaysia's most southern state, Johor Bahru City Council. Leading the council’s Geographic Information System Division, Nurazhani has assisted in the GIS database restructure for Johor Bahru and was a project manager for the state's spatial database, the GeoJB Portal. In addition to this, Nurazhani is the current treasurer for the Malaysian Institute of Planners and a registered town planner with Malaysia's Board of Town Planners. In 2021, she achieved her Masters of Science in Land Administration and Development from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia after graduating with honours in Town and Regional Planning in 2002 at Universiti Teknologi MARA. In 2014 Nurazhani was awarded Malaysia Young Planner of The Year from the Malaysian Institute of Planners.
