Eng Zahari has worked with PETRONAS for over a decade, leading geospatial data projects across different departments and supporting business requirements for gas and renewable energy operations.
As a GIS champion, he leads projects in the upstream and downstream business such as PETRONAS Gas Berhad (PGB). His efforts have seen PETRONAS win global awards in recognition of its expanded application of geospatial technology — receiving the Special Achievement in GIS (SAG) Award in 2018, and the Geo-Innovation Award in 2017, and 2020-2022.
