With a professional career spanning 15 years, Zeon Low has worked closely with local government agencies across Malaysia, helping them leverage geospatial technology and location analysis to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
Focused on supporting the growth of smart cities in Malaysia, Zeon has worked alongside local government senior executives and managers using Esri’s Geographic Information System (GIS) technology to achieve goals and optimise outcomes.
Zeon holds a Bachelor of Engineering, graduating from Nottingham Trent University (UK) in 2004 with first-class honours.
